All product online is available in store. We do not take backorders or drop ship merchandise from our vendors. In the event of a mix up we will contact you and work on finding a solution 

All our product come directly from the brands, all product is 100% authentic, as we are authorized dealers for each brand we carry.

All cancel Order Request need to be done an hour after placing order. Orders are fulfilled quickly, once an item ships it cannot be canceled.

When placing and online order type in "PICKUP" as a promo code. This will not charge you shipping and allow you to come pick up your order in store within 3 business days. When the promo code PICKUP is used your order will not be shipped. 

Yes, if for any reason you cannot place an order online, you may give us a call to place an order over the phone. 

Back and Forth  respects all of our customers  and respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we distribute, sell, loan, or rent any personally identifiable information, regarding its customers to any third party. All personal information collected during any purchase is strictly used for tracking and corresponding order information with our customers.

No returns. Exchanges Only.

Items must have original tags and receipt within 7 days to be exchanged. You will receive store credit if you do not find an item to exchange for at the time of exchange. No exceptions.

All clearance/sales items are final.

Shipping Info 

All our orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please note that this applies to normal business days. Weekends and Holidays are not within this time frame. Shipping rates are determined by Shopify and will be calculated according to orders weight and location.
